"The Sounds of Children Screaming Have Been Removed" - Dad of Uvalde Shooting Victim's Chilling New Tattoo
This has to end
Brett Cross, whose 10-year-old son Uziyah Garcia was killed along with 18 of his classmates and two teachers, tweeted a photo of his new body art.
The tattoo references an editor's note attached to a video published by the Austin American-Statesman of law enforcement's ~ lack of ~ response to the shooting.
Uvalde officers waited in the hallway of the school instead of breaching the classroom where the gunman went on his rampage.
The art features an upside down, black American flag and the date of the tragedy along with the words: "The sounds of children screaming have been removed." Brett said on Twitter:
"I was one of those people that never thought this would happen to. I can not and will not be that person anymore." Brett’s site: https://linktr.ee/livesrobbed
